In a crushing 5–4 vote, the U.S. Supreme Court has overturned Roe v. Wade, the landmark case federally protecting abortion access in America. Abortion access is now strictly determined on a state-by-state basis. Above, we’re showing the 13 states that enacted “trigger laws” that made abortion illegal once Roe v. Wade was overturned and the states where abortions are currently still legal.

We know you may be feeling a lot right now – disappointment, anxiety, anger, confusion. Whatever you’re feeling right now, we’re right there with you. If you live in one of these states or a state that may ban abortion access in the coming weeks, we’re sharing what you can do to stay protected.

Today, the Supreme Court has overruled Roe v. Wade, eliminating the constitutional right to an abortion which has been federally protected for the last 50 years and allowing each state to decide whether to restrict or ban abortions. We will continue to share information and resources on what you can do right now.
